The attorney's fee is subject to individual agreement. The fee is determined based on the value of the work to be performed, the required professional expertise, the quality of services provided by the office, and the time required for the case, so that our clients can also anticipate the expected costs in advance. The first personal consultation is free of charge if an engagement is made.

For your information, below are our attorney fees for the most common transactions:

Our office's attorney fees for real estate transfer contracts based on the purchase price are as follows:

• Up to HUF 15,000,000: HUF 70,000
• From HUF 15,000,000 to HUF 30,000,000: HUF 100,000
• From HUF 30,000,000 to HUF 60,000,000: HUF 150,000
• From HUF 60,000,000 to HUF 100,000,000: HUF 200,000
• Above HUF 100,000,000: 0.2% of the purchase price

Fees differing from the above for transfers are based on a separate, agreed-upon quote (e.g., transactions under the Land Act, pre-emption rights, acquisition of real estate by foreigners, etc.).

Trademark Registration: from HUF 60,000

Civil Litigation:

• Preparation, drafting, and submission of the statement of claim: HUF 200,000
• Representation in court: HUF 50,000 per hearing

Consultation: HUF 25,000 per session (approx. 1 hour)
